> THE STORY SO FAR.

"Jack Doe" was born on a post-apocalyptic Earth, on an unnamed continent that was created after the world ended due to malfunctioning terraforming technology. He grew up on Earth for most of his childhood, before being given a miraculous chance to leave the dying plsnet, and see the world that existed in the stars above. He wasted no time acclimating himself to this new world, but quickly found himself frustrated with the red tape and bureaucracy present in space society.Refusing to allow himself be ground down by the wheels of "the system", he committed himself to an over-zealous degree of "self-improvement"; quickly learning a diverse amount of skills, attempting to get his foot in the door with as many industries as possible - and, above all else, staying healthy. After years of frantic education, cooking the books, biological enhancements, acquiring licenses, and renting a suit of experimental power armor, Jack was ready to tackle on the world of Freelance contractor work.... Even still, somehow, this was not enough. Despite starting his own successful (independently-owned and operated) contracting company, making a modest reputation for himself, and becoming a veritable pseudo-lich, he finds himself... unsatisfied.Nevertheless, he continues his work - working himself near to death, that is. Luckily, due to his newly acquired Lich nature - plus an accidental fusion with an unknown life-giving symbiote - he's able to sustain this lifestyle, working towards his ultimate goal; Eternal life, godhood, and retirement.

> ABILITIES AND CAPABILITIES.

Most of Jack's skills are due to his prowess and experience with a large variety of equipment, plus his undying nature.

- SKILLS> Jack is a technical genius, and is proficient in many mechanical trades - as well as many other industrial talents.> He's no stranger to medicine, biology, chemistry, and surgery, too - but he does not have ANY doctorates whatsoever. Not yet.- LICHHOOD> Jack, using his immense knowledge of practical physics and medicine - and his less than subpar knowledge of the arcane - has managed to turn himself into a Lich.
> His Soul has been "surgically removed" from his body, and is kept in a heavily secured storage locker on a far away planet. It is "wirelessly" connected to his body, kept alive in stasis, so that he may still use it.
> However, being only a Lich, his body is subject to... rotting. Occasionally.
> His blood has already begun to coagulate, and, by all logic, his skin should have long-since fallen off his bones.
- THE "LIFEBLOOD"> Jack is also host to a rare "life-giving" symbiote - one that he, nor anyone else - can seem to identify. He's not even sure it's a symbiote, he just knows there's SOMETHING keeping his body - for lack of a better term - excessively alive.
> It is not sentient. It is unthinking, and merely acts on instinct.
> It rapidly heals wounds, prevents illness, and slows fatigue - but does not prevent Jack from feeling the affects of these conditions.
> It is what is keeping his body alive and healthy, despite his Lichhood.
> The symbiote's effects are always active. When it begins working harder, however, it usually manifests as a cyan-mint stream of energy that flows freely from Jack's pupils - akin to a ribbon flowing in the wind. The harder it has to work to keep Jack alive, the heavier the visible stream of energy becomes.
- COMBAT> Jack's favored weapon of choice is a large "Rocket Driver" hammer. Meant for hammering in large stakes, it's a handy tool for clearing the way, given it's exceptional weight and size - and engine power.> He still does have conventional weapons - a plasma-powered pistol and a hardlight shotgun, respectively. Both have been heavily modified by him, giving them a new "non-lethal" setting which he prefers to use.> He's no stranger to brawling with his fists too, although he prefers brute force over agility. Grappling is common for him, and he's wild enough to attempt to grab an opponent's bladed weapon - no matter the damage it might cause to himself.- ARMOR> The armor he is often wearing, his "Kinetic Dynamo" armor, is a modified form of standard workplace multi-purpose safety gear. It has been modified to act as a testing platform for various experimental technologies - which Jack pays a hefty renting fee for.
> The jumpsuit Jack wears under his armor is lined with nanotech microfibers, which harden in response to physical trauma, as well as acting as an auxiliary muscular-skeletal system to enhance Jack's strength.
> The solid blue parts of his armor are a host to multiple power shielding emitters - creating an invisible shield around Jack's body that protects him physical harm, as well as radiation. The energy shield can be seen when physically struck, and resembles a yellow and blue holographic grid. It can take a few hits, before "shattering", after which it will require a small window of time to repair itself.
> The armor's belt can hold a large amount of "punch cards" - small handheld cards that can store physical objects as mere data. The process of storing an item in a card is complex, so he can't just do it with anything. However, this still allows him to bring unnecessary amounts of equipment and weapons along with him - for any kind of problem he might encounter.
- THE DYNAMO> The armor's most unique (and experimental) feature is the titular "Kinetic Dynamo" system - which, in short, allows the armor to create "no-damage" explosions anywhere he wants, provided it's somewhere on the surface of the armor. These small "explosions" are more akin to a glittery outwards burst of wind, and lack any offensive capabilities on their own.
> However, the explosions CAN be used to propel Jack, or singular parts of his body - or anyone the explosion happens to touch.
> This enables Jack to jump to great heights, even "double-jumping". Smaller explosions can be constantly generated along his legs, enabling incredible bursts of speed. And, if necessary, they can be generated along the sides of his arms, allowing faster, harder, and flashier punches.
> Larger bursts can even entirely halt or redirect Jack's momentum, allowing him to recover from heavy hits - provided he has enough time to react, calculate where to place the explosion, then execute.
> There is a slight recharge time required between explosions. Bigger explosions require longer recharges.
> The faster Jack is moving, the shorter the recharge time.

Miscellaneous info.

I'd reccomend reading the other three sections first. Although, if you're here, then you've probably gone through them in some capacity already, right?

> Jack's natural eye color is grey.
> However, since turning himself into a Lich, they've turned a sharp purple color, with a black schlera.
> He wears contact lenses to hide this.
> Ever since acquiring his symbiote, it's added a permanent cyan glint to his eyes. It even breaks through the contact lenses, sometimes.
> He actually does have hair under his helmet.
> Quite a lot, in fact.
> It's messy. Long unkempt black hair, with white streaks running through it (due to electrical incidents).
> He bundles it all under a sleeping cap, which he wears under his helmet.
> His reasons for this are because his hair is, in his opinion, embarrassingly messy. On top of looking rather unprofessional.
> ... He also just thinks hiding something as basic as the top of his own head from as many people as possible is a rather fun challenge.
> Jack is the owner and sole employee of his own company, "Buckets, LLC."
> He offers an unnecessarily wide variety of services - nearly every kind of professional contract work outside of being an outright mercenary.

> He isn't much of a graphic designer.> Jack does not kill people.
> Jack outright abhors death - as a concept, and as a force of nature.
> The same goes with subjects such as decay and entropy, as well.
> He rejects death entirely, believing that neither himself nor anyone else should be expected to "play along" with it.
> This is where Jack's commitment to immortality and non-lethal combat originates from. He refuses to play into death's "game".
> He's even gone as far to plan a grand scheme to outright remove the concepts of death and decay from the universe itself, but it's still very much in the planning stages.
> Jack's self care routine is... mixed.
> He keeps himself well-fed. While certainly not on any kind of diet, he makes sure he gives himself three square meals a day.
> He's not sure if he even needs to eat food anymore - but he simply just plainly likes eating food.
> His water intake could be better, but he's certainly not dehydrated.
> He pays a lot of attention towards making himself look presentable, especially regarding the face.
> Not that he sees himself as incredibly handsome, (although he CAN be a bit vain,) he simply thinks it's important to look "professional".
> When his body begins to rot every once in a while, he's no stranger to using makeup and foundation to make his face look less pale.
> He doesn't sleep a lot.
> He goes days, sometimes an entire week, without sleeping. He claims he "doesn't need it".
> Like, Jack knows that any normal human does need sleep - but he believes his biological enhancements, various stimulants, and lich-like nature makes him immune to needing it.
> He's wrong.
> He dislikes the act of sleeping due to the fact that, in his eyes, the act of sleeping is very close to being dead.
> And he refuses to partake in anything like that.
> As mentioned previously, Jack has enhanced his body with multiple biological and chemical enhancements.
> However, he completely, entirely, lacks any kind of cybernetics. None.
> He doesn't dislike cybernetics by any means, and is often impressed and starstruck by the feats cybernetics can accomplish.
> It's not for any extremely personal reason, he just believes that the unification of flesh and machine also involves inheriting the combined weaknesses of BOTH flesh and machine.
> It works for some people, but for him, he doesn't want to inherit any kind of weakness.
> So he simply does not have any. And would most likely turn down any opportunity to get any.
> Jack and his body do not mix well with magic.
> Where he's from, Humans (and all sentient life) have varying degrees of "conductivity" with magic. The higher an individual's conductivity, the more easily they will be able to pursue the arts of the arcane.
> Moderate conductivity enables the use of wands and staffs to cast spells, but individuals with higher levels of conductivity can preform magic without any kind of physical implement.
> Jack's conductivity is zero.
> If anything, he probably has negative conductivity, but there's no research that can prove such a thing can even exist.
> Items such as staffs and wands usually become outright inactive for as long as they are in his hands, and, in some cases, they can even break.
> This isn't always a bad thing.
> This actually grants him a varying degree of resistance or immunity to magic, but it depends on the kind;
> Elemental magic attacks such as fire, ice, and wind and such still have the same effects as they should. His immunity does not change the fact that he is physically being lit on fire.
> Physical magic such as spells of weakness, shapeshifting and disease tend to clash with his resistance, slightly lessening their effect. The tradeoff is that healing magic is also much less effective on him, as well.
